These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 99ji online gaming platform, accessible at 99ji.net ("the Platform," "99ji," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion offered on 99ji, you ("the User," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all versions of the 99ji platform, including the web browser version, any mobile-optimized interface, and any downloadable application made available by 99ji from time to time. Access to and use of the Platform is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms without modification.

If you are accessing 99ji on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that person or entity.

Use of the 99ji platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine law and applicable gaming regulations, online gaming and gambling activities are restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. 99ji strictly enforces this age restriction.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players on 99ji.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of 99ji, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless 99ji has provided prior written consent.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 99ji platform, or from any other gaming platform operated by 99ji or its affiliates.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

To access the full features of the 99ji platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 99ji. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 99ji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify 99ji immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
• Account Verification (KYC): 99ji may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when required by applicable regulations. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

99ji accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Philippine-based players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. The following terms apply to all deposits made to your 99ji account:

• All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified by 99ji.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by 99ji from time to time.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• 99ji does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 99ji accepts no responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your 99ji account balance upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method.
• 99ji reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Funds deposited into your 99ji account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

Withdrawals from your 99ji account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account or instrument registered in your own name and matching the details on your 99ji account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Before processing any withdrawal, 99ji may require you to complete KYC verification if not already completed. Withdrawal requests will be held pending satisfactory completion of verification.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Standard withdrawal requests via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 99ji reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player. 99ji does not provide tax advice and recommends that players consult a qualified tax professional regarding their obligations under Philippine tax law.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full details.

99ji offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 99ji reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period, after which any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited.
• 99ji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account and subject to active wagering will be honoured in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the 99ji platform:

• All games on 99ji use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 99ji will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account balance.
• 99ji publishes return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all major game titles. These figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing wagers. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by game and may be adjusted by 99ji from time to time.
• 99ji reserves the right to void any wager that it reasonably determines was placed in error, as a result of a software malfunction, or in circumstances where the outcome was known or could reasonably have been known to the player prior to the wager being placed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ji platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities discovered must be reported to 99ji immediately and must not be exploited.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the platform or the experience of other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise derive the source code of any part of the 99ji platform.

All content on the 99ji platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of 99ji or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 99ji platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 99ji.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any 99ji trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 99ji's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 99ji.

99ji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 99ji platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform experience.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any reliance on information, content, or game results displayed on the platform.

99ji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 99ji account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either you or 99ji may terminate your account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 99ji support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.
• Closure by 99ji: 99ji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your account for cause, 99ji reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. Where a violation is confirmed, 99ji may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 99ji platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may contact 99ji's support team to initiate this process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 99ji reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

99ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 99ji will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, 99ji may also send a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the 99ji platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
